Reconnecting Back With The Community
Hi! My name is Elaine Bridges, a life-time native of this fine City of Carrollton. I have two wonderful daughters and one son. I am a graduate of Central HS, Carroll County; Dudley University of Cosmetology, Kernersville, NC, with an Advanced Training Degree – where I head the position of President of my class; also a local entrepreneur of two successful businesses:
1) Elaine’s Styles & More Beauty Salon
562 D Newnan Rd. Carrollton, GA 30117
2) Elaine’s Beauty Supply Store
562 C Newnan Rd. Carrollton, GA 30117
My motivation to begin my organization stemmed from being homeless in this same community where I having nothing sounds all too familiar. This was hurtful, but being a local entrepreneur positions me to react to this ongoing epidemic, responsibly. This is where the journey of Reconnecting Back To the Community begins. My vision is to build relationships and partnerships with other organizations to build unity within itself and neighboring communities.
The purpose of Reconnecting Back To The Community non-profit organization, is to bring together resourceful organizations and individuals, who can aid others with a shortage of the basic human necessities in a central location; to obtain food, clothing, and other resourceful information that adds value to one’s daily life. Helping people is what we do and we do it in Love, Faith, and Hope…
Our Mission
Help those in need in our community
Our mission is to be a strong advocate to help the people that are in need at a poverty level in our communities, I understand the necessaries to help. Whether it be food, clothing, mentoring, I understand because I lived what I see every day in our community. I made a truth to myself that if I got out then I would make it my mission to do something and I am with the resource and other nonprofit organizations within the community I can’t do it alone.
I am seeking donors to help make this mission possible for our community. Everybody can be a part of a great success in a thriving community. One community at a time. There is no big or small donation all donations are appreciated.
Thank you!
